Event Application Form
When you apply for a dinner via the Events page, we collect: your name, email address, Instagram handle (optional), your answer to "tell me about yourself," details about anyone you're bringing (+1/+2), and any allergies or dietary restrictions you share.

This data is used only to review applications, plan the guest list, and organize the meal safely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to a private arrangement) and, for health-related details like allergies, Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent, given voluntarily when you submit this information).

Application data is kept only as long as needed to organize the relevant dinner and is deleted afterwards, unless you're a recurring guest and ask us to keep basic contact details on file.

Contact Form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, used only to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

5. Google reCAPTCHA
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser data) and may transfer it to Google LLC servers, including in the US.
